FLAKER
Flaker is a cutting cutting machine for cutting a frozen meat block in a flake and for preprocessing in a mincing process.

This machine was developed for small-size shops and specialty stores, and the more simplified design in its mechanism was pursued; thus high accuracy and a low price were achieved.
The small-sized design and the cross-cut system are adopted, and a motor with brake is equipped as standard. Therefore, the safety was increased.

Pusher Plate can be movable and removable, and a supply of a meat block is easy.
The hatch is automatically opened and closed in conjunction with a feeding of the meat block.
The Motor with a brake is equipped as standard, and the safety work can be done.
The vertical conveyor and wagon, etc. can also be combined with the Flaker.
