PLATES and KNIVES
Grinder Plates and Knives are parts for a mincing machine.
The Plate is a disk having multiple holes for extruding. The Knife has 4 (four) blades and it is used in combination with the Grinder Plate.
Nippon Career Industry Co., Ltd. has developed together with the development, manufacture and sales of the Grinder Plates and Knives. The Grinder Plates and Knives have widely been accepted as the result of the rapid increase of their durability, and thus they are called “Permanent PUNA”.

Depending on customers’ use, we can supply a knife for ENTERPRISE, an EIKYU knife, a double-edged blade knife for UNGER. Knife for ENTERPRISE
This is the exclusive knife with single edges for single-cut.
The single-cut knife cuts meat fibers longer than the triple-cut knife.
The rough grinding process is required when smaller processing is asked.
A little kneading and temperature increase of meat dose not give any stress on meat.
This knife is the single-edged knife for the Enterprise, and for a small machine, processing of fresh meat with small quantity, etc.
Since the knife closely contacts with the hole-plate through rotation, the knife is ground by itself; therefore, the edge sharpness is retained.
This knife is mainly used for the multiple-cut specification, but be applicable for single-cut specification as well.
We have a single-edged knife and a double-edged knife for this type of knife.
The multiple-cut knife can cut meat small at one process, but kneading and temperature increase of meat tends to become bigger than the single-cut knife.
