Lifter is an elevating device, and it is exclusively used for the trolley wagon in a meat processing plant. Besides the above, there is the lifter for containers put on a market and the bucket lifter provided with the exclusive bucket.

It is strong because of its screw -type. The durability is outstanding due to extra-thickness nuts.The accurate positioning of stop can be obtained by the motor.
The overall height was lowered by 330mm compared with a conventional model as a motor is installed in parallel with a screw shaft.
Raising and lowering can easily be changed.（It can be determined on each individual 50mm distance basis and be adjusted with 8 different stages.）
The lubricating device to a screw position is equipped. (Lubrication can easily and exactly be done by a cartridge-type automatic grease feeding system capable of lubricating directly to the nuts.)
The reversing phase detector is incorporated.(Reversing can be avoided at the time of start-up of the operation.)

Even though the operation is cancelled in the midst of raising of the lifting device on the column, the lifting device will stop automatically and prevent the wagon from falling.
When the nuts are worn out, a safety lock nut prevents the wagon from falling.
A sensor is incorporated to detect the wagon position.
An emergency stop switch is equipped.
A low voltage control circuit is installed.
A lock-out switch is used.
