MINCE PACKER
Mince Packer is a machine for cutting minced meat, which is consecutively discharged from a mincing machine, in a set length and arranges it automatically on a plastic tray for retailing. The Mince packer is our registered brand name.

Achieved sharp labor saving and meat quality having minimized kneading
Sharp labor saving for an arrangement of minced meat on a tray can be achieved compared with a conventional arrangement work on a tray.
It is hygienic because of an operation without any manual touch.
The extruded line of minced meat is in even alignment, therefore, a good impression is give to the product.
The guide range of a width adjustment conveyor is from 90 mm to 110 mm.
the monitor functions detect presence or absence of a plastic tray on the conveyor and piling-up of trays are equipped, and thus normal operation can be kept.
The level sensor for supplying minced meat automatically is provided to stabilize a discharge volume from the machine exclusive chopper.
The conveyor belt can easily be removed when cleansing.
A cut length and a setting-up of each inverter up to maximum 8 items can be done in accordance with a packing weight.
A caliber of exclusive Chopper for this line can be changed to #22 or #32 by a select switch to meet a wide range of 100 g to 500g for the packing weight.

This machine is Twin Chopper only used for the Mince Packer Line.
The Chopper Head of this machine can be changed to #22 or #32 as two-head chopper of a shutter change style is equipped.
The machine meets a wide range of 100g to 500g for its packing weight.
This machine assures to keep a fresh color of meat, refraining from a temperature increase particularly in the meat utilizing our know-how, which has been raised for our long-term experiences as the leading manufacturer in the domestic grinding machine market, and assures to minimize the kneading of meat by increase of the accuracy of the Chopper Head.
