Chopper is a mincing machine which ｇｒｉｎｄｓ meat finely to make minced meat. We have various machines ranging from a desktop-model to a big-size machine mounting a motor for food processing centers such as supermarkets and for sausage manufacturing shops.

Small-sized and light design
The GM-D is an original small-sized and space-saving machine into which an internal mechanical structure is integrated simply. The machine body is made of aluminum die-cast and the head is made of stainless steel. Thus being little confusion and trouble there, the durability is excellent.
Adoption of a specified high-efficiency roll
A lot of meat material can be processed in a short time with using a screw shaft and a roll provided with a specified mechanical structure. No kneading and a little heating are given to the meat, so that the quality of the meat is not changed, thus its freshness and color are kept as it is.
Easy disassembling, maintenance and mounting/dismounting
The main body is designed so as to be mounted and dismounted with one-touch and cleansed easily, and therefore, the touched surface of the meat is always clean and hygienic. Also the disassembling and the maintenance can easily be done.
Plate and Knife are equipped
he original Plate and Knife of Nippon Career Industry Co., Ltd. are used. Their cutting performance is very excellent. The discharge of the processed meat is smooth, and thus freshness of the meat can be maintained.

The Ribbon-type Charging Screw is applied to minimize a kneading of meat.
Feeding work is easy as raw material feeding position is low.
Clogging does not occur, since the screw and the tub are in a body.
Therefore, it is very hygienic.
A safety cover is equipped, and the charging position is provided with a deflector incorporating a sensor.
Thus, safety operation can be attained.
The Charging Screw can smoothly be worked by the motor driven individually.

Automatic feeding system minimized meat remainder
Smooth feeding can be done by the Feed Screw for meat along with the Paddle Arm for breaking down a remainder of meat like a bridge (the meat bridge).
Full-space tub for easy feeding
As a top of the machine entirely plays a role of a saucer, supply of raw materials can easily be done.
Supply of raw materials can also be performed from the supply space during operation.
Easy cleansing
The Paddle Arm for breaking down a meat bridge and the Feed Screw can be dismounted, thus cleaning can easily be doe.
It is very hygienic with stainless specification!
Safety first
The safety switch is equipped so that the machine does not start when the tub cover is open.
The emergency stop switch is incorporated as standard.
